T3 Partnership Launches “Hire2Hundred” Campaign, Calling on Local Employers to Enrich Tarrant County’s Workforce

New initiative seeks to connect 200 local graduates with 200 high-demand career opportunities

Tarrant To & Through (T3) Partnership announced today a bold initiative aimed at connecting 200 Tarrant County graduates with 200 career-launching opportunities in high-demand industries across North Texas, ensuring that local talent stays local and contributes to the region’s growing economy. Called Hire2Hundred, the campaign is calling on business and industry leaders across Tarrant County to step up and champion the future of local talent.

Coinciding with T3’s Year of the Graduate and in partnership with the Fort Worth Mayor’s Council on Education and Workforce Development, Hire2Hundred is a community-wide commitment to ensuring students not only graduate, but graduate with a clear path forward. Whether through full-time jobs, internships, or apprenticeships, Hire2Hundred is designed to create family-sustaining career pathways for students graduating with certifications, credentials, associate degrees, or bachelor’s degrees. To accomplish this ambitious goal, T3 is challenging industry partners across Tarrant County to commit to hiring local talent to fill entry-level positions applicable to high school and college students.

“We believe in the potential of our students to thrive in the workforce and strengthen the pipeline of local talent. T3 Scholars are the future of Tarrant County’s workforce,” said Natalie Young Williams, President and CEO of T3 Partnership. “With Hire2Hundred, we are looking to our business community to be part of the solution. By hiring local graduates, companies can strengthen their own talent pipeline while supporting the economic future of North Texas. This is more than hiring – it is a movement to create sustainable careers and keep our brightest talent here.”

Through the T3 Pathways to Careers (T3 P2C) platform, students receive targeted career preparation, including skills training, employer-aligned coursework, and Durable Skills[1] modules focused on problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. Additionally, T3 Student Success Advisors and Career Coaches provide ongoing mentorship, ensuring students are prepared, confident, and workforce-ready.

Hire2Hundred is not just about the first job, it is about career longevity. T3 will track student achievement after employment, providing ongoing support for students and employers. A dedicated T3 career coach will follow each student’s progress from 30 days through 12 months to ensure retention, job satisfaction, and career development.

“The Hire2Hundred efforts, activated by T3 and the Mayor’s Council, will be a game changer for both graduating seniors and our business community in Fort Worth. The initiative is providing opportunities for our students to apply for quality entry level positions with local companies, while also encouraging those companies to support the continuing education needs of those students. It is a win-win proposition for all,” said Tom Harris, Executive Vice President at Hillwood and Chair of the Fort Worth Mayor’s Council on Education & Workforce Development.

By participating in Hire2Hundred, industry partners are answering the call to hire local talent by considering qualified T3 Scholars for entry-level positions. Whether you operate in the healthcare, technology, finance, logistics, or skilled trades sector, your company can play a pivotal role in building a stronger, more resilient workforce.
