T3 Partnership Welcomes Regina Williams as VP of Program Operations

New position complements T3’s senior leadership team, extends reach into Tarrant County community

Tarrant To & Through (T3) Partnership announced Regina R. Williams, LMSW, will serve as Vice President of Program Operations at T3 Partnership, effective January 21, 2025. In the role, Williams will work closely with Dr. David Saenz, Senior Education Advisor, and lead T3’s team of managing directors to drive T3’s mission of connecting Tarrant County students to education and career pathways.

Since 2023, Williams has served as EVP and Chief Impact Officer for United Way of Tarrant County, where she has led the strategic investment of resources to improve outcomes for families in Tarrant County. Most recently she led the organization as interim CEO. Williams joined United Way of Tarrant County in 2018, initially serving as Vice President of Community Investment and Regional Director of United Way of Tarrant County-Greater Arlington.

Williams brings years of leadership experience and community involvement, with a background in education. Prior to her time at United Way of Tarrant County, Williams worked for Fort Worth ISD at Dunbar High School. While there, she was a school social worker, working to secure critical partnerships and community engagement, while providing leadership support to the school’s college and career coaching team to improve career advancement and college acceptance and retention rates. Williams has served on a number of boards and committees, including Fort Worth Alliance of Black School Educators, Leadership Arlington, and the Texas Health Resources Leadership Council.
