Realtors, clients always up to date while buying/selling

FORT WORTH, Tx. — Reannah Glover, with 12+ years and more than $140 million in closed residential real estate deals, has launched The Real Time App, a platform and app to keep Realtors and their clients up to date during every step of the sales process.

Glover, the founder and President, describes herself as “an unconventional, resilient, self-made innovator” because she was frustrated by “clunky, and inefficient transaction tools.”

The platform allows agents and clients to track every step of the deal in real time. It details the timeline and deadlines for the buyer and seller. It eliminates chaos from scattered emails, spreadsheets, texts and other apps. Clients have free access to every detail of their experience through the Realtor’s subscription.

“At the start, my sales activities were chaotic, un-coordinated and frankly, all over the place,” Glover said. “As I grew as a Realtor, I became passionate about helping myself, other agents and clients communicate better, stay organized, and definitely reduce stress during the buying/selling process. I designed Real Time App to simplify the transaction process.”

Real Time App has been screened and tested with early adopters; responses from agents indicate the app elevates the client experience, improves efficiency and provides a competitive edge with regard to client satisfaction. To assist large brokerages, there will be opportunities to enhance a white-label version for their agents to offer to clients.
