150-acre project advances with active design and joint leasing efforts
Celina, Texas (Dec. 10, 2025) — Old Celina and G-Man Development are pleased to announce they have partnered with Trademark Property Company (Trademark) and Terry Montesi to lead the development of their 150-acre, master-planned Shawnee Trail project in Celina. Positioned along Preston Road and the Collin County Outer Loop, Shawnee Trail is poised to become one of North Texas’ most dynamic mixed-use destinations. The partnership also reflects ongoing collaboration with the Celina Economic Development Corporation and Executive Director Anthony Satarino, whose leadership continues to help shape the city’s long-term vision for community-centered growth.

The group is currently engaged in discussions with a range of national and regional retailers, representing approximately 500,000 square feet of interest to-date.
