As part of its ongoing commitment to fostering leadership and strengthening community impact, UWTC has promoted two key team members:
- Dierrica Smith, CFRE, has been named Director of Corporate Relations, where she will lead corporate fundraising and relationship management to expand support for UWTC’s initiatives.
- Shanna Snider has been promoted to Senior Director of Community Investment, overseeing strategic and operational efforts for critical programs, including maternal health and 211 services.
Both leaders bring extensive expertise and a deep passion for serving Tarrant County, and their promotions reflect UWTC’s commitment to driving lasting, positive change in the community.
