Worth Credit Union Names Brandon Soltwisch Vice President of EnterpriseStrategy Delivery

DALLAS-FORT WORTH, Texas — Worth Credit Union has named Brandon Soltwisch Vice
President of Enterprise Strategy Delivery. He will lead the teams and processes that help turn the
credit union’s strategic priorities into results, including enterprise strategy, project and program
management, process improvement, organizational change management, and internal
communications.

Soltwisch joins Worth Credit Union from GM Financial, where he served as Principal of
Organizational Effectiveness. In that role, he partnered with executive leaders on business
transformation, organizational design, change management and strategic execution across a
global financial services organization.

Soltwisch previously served 20 years in the U.S. Army, holding leadership roles in operations,
strategic initiatives, program management, and talent development.

Soltwisch holds a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia
University. Beyond his professional work, Soltwisch is active in his community, where he enjoys
volunteering on various community boards, as a youth sports coach, and with the Boy Scouts of
America.
