AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Texans wondering about the statewide job situation can expect a double dose of unemployment figures next month.   The Texas Workforce Commission on Wednesday announced delayed jobless figures from September and also October numbers will be released Nov. 22.   Last month’s Texas unemployment rate was originally set for release Oct. 18 but the date was delayed amid the federal government shutdown. TWC officials also rely on national figures from the U.S. Department of Labor.   The partial federal shutdown began Oct. 1. Some 800,000 government workers were furloughed for more than two weeks before President Barack Obama signed emergency legislation ending the standoff.
