Arlington voters approve liquor measure

Arlington voters went to the polls Tuesday, Nov. 5 to vote on a proposition to allow hard liquor sales in Arlington outside of restaurants, entertainment venues and grocery stores within city limits. At press time, with over 90 percent of the votes counted, the proposition was passing with more than 70 percent of voters approving the measure.
