A. Lee Graham Reporter   DynCorp International Inc. could enjoy tax breaks if the Fort Worth City Council approves the idea. The issue awaits discussion at the pre-council portion of this week’s regular council meeting. Pre-council begins at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday July 23, with the regular meeting starting at 10 a.m. at City Hall, 1000 Throckmorton St. Though based in Falls Church, Va., DynCorp has operations at Alliance Airport in far North Fort Worth. It provides services for the U.S. military and recruits employees for many positions from Fort Worth.
