Fort Worth water customers living between Loop 820 and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport are urged to reduce water use following a main break on the city’s east side.
According to city officials, the water system has lost pressure since 2 a.m. Monday, with darkness and damp weather hampering city efforts to locate the break.
“We need folks on the east side between Loop 820 and DFW airport to reduce their water use as much as possible this morning,” said Mary Gugliuzza, a spokeswoman with the Fort Worth Water Department. Those observing water bubbling up are asked to call 817-392-4477 and report the location.]
