Fort Worth area man charged along with 3 brothers in death of teenager

WHITE SETTLEMENT, Texas (AP) — A 24-year-old Fort Worth-area man now joins three brothers in being charged with capital murder in the fatal shooting of a teenager.

White Settlement police say Chase Allan Nix of North Richland Hills was arrested Friday in connection to the Sept. 18 death of 18-year-old Xavier Olesko.

Nix is being held at the Tarrant County jail on a $200,000 bond. Online jail records don’t indicate whether he has an attorney to speak on his behalf.

Authorities say Nix and the brothers all were present when Olesko was shot outside a residence. Police have not given a motive for the killing.
