Fort Worth City Council Member for District 4 Cary Moon was arrested by Burleson Police on Saturday, Oct. 17 at 2:44 a.m. for driving while intoxicated. The incident occurred at 100 South Scott St. in Burleson.
In a statement to CBS 11, Moon said he is not able to discuss details of the case.
