Patrice Randle, city of Arlington auditor since 2006, has accepted the same position in Fort Worth.
Randle brings Fort Worth more than 20 years of internal auditing experience for local governments. She begins her new duties in November.
Prior to serving the city of Arlington, Randle served as accounting manager for the city of Irving from October 2003 to January 2006. She joined city staff in January 1995 as internal auditor before becoming senior internal auditor in September 1998. She also served as senior internal auditor for Dallas Area Rapid Transit from November 1993 to September 1994 and as contract compliance manager-internal auditor with the city of Dallas from July 1988 to November 1993.
Randle is a member of the Association of Local Government Auditors; the Institute of Internal Auditors, Fort Worth chapter treasurer elect, 2012-2013; and Tarrant County Community Advisory Board, 2006-present.
