Fort Worth police seek naked man who attacked jogger on Trinity Trails

Fort Worth police are seeking a naked man on a bicycle who attacked a jogger on Trinity Trails on Saturday, Sept. 16.

Police say that at approximately 5:45 p.m., a white male was sitting on a bench on the Trinity Trails near the 1800 block of Rogers Road.

“He removed his shorts and rode a bicycle naked westbound from Rogers Road,” according to a police Facebook post.

Officers responded to call regarding the naked man, but did not locate him.

A little later, at 6:12 p.m., a woman jogging eastbound on the south side of the Trinity Trails path at mile marker 310 saw the man near a low water crossing. The woman turned around and ran westbound. The naked man chased the jogger and assaulted her. The victim escaped and ran to a subdivision on Overton West where she called police.

The suspect is a white male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall with a thin, fit build. He has short brown hair but no body hair, according to the police. Anyone with information is asked to call 817-392-4359.
