Decker Jones PC shareholder Randy Hall has chosen to focus on mediation in his legal practice. He will use his insight and litigation experience to guide individuals and businesses through the mediation process.

Hall is the chairman of the Decker Jones litigation section. He has tried over 200 cases to a verdict during 40-plus years of experience.

“In civil litigation, mediation often serves the best interest of all parties involved,” said Hall. “These approaches can produce a conclusion not only consistent with the needs of the involved parties but also mindful of the parties’ financial resources.”

Hall has represented professionals such as physicians, lawyers, architects and engineers and is on the approved list of counsel for many major liability insurance carriers in the United States.
