Price to host community prayer vigil Tuesday night

In memory of the victims and in support of their families in El Paso and Dayton, Ohio, the City of Fort Worth is hosting a Community-Wide Prayer Vigil tonight at the north end of City Hall, near the flag poles.

The agenda for the evening includes:

6:10 – Fort Worth Police Department pipes and drums, “God Bless America.”

6:15 – Mayor Betsy Price brief opening remarks.

6:20 – Prayer by Father Maurice Moon.

6:25 – Prayer by Evan Risher, Ramp Church.

6:30 – Prayer by Jaime Hernandez (prayer offered in Spanish).

6:35 – Pastor Denise Blakely closing remarks and prayer.

6:40 – “Amazing Grace” sung by Abraham Alexander.
