Tarrant County College and Texas Christian University have announced a new transfer agreement to help TCC students move to TCU.

Expected to sign the agreement on Monday July 20 are TCC Chancellor Erma Johnson Hadley and TCU Chancellor Victor J. Boschini Jr.
