Autobahn Motorcar Group to host inaugural Kaylynn’s Friends 5K Nov. 19 to fight Leukemia

Fort Worth’s Autobahn Motorcar Group is hosting its first-ever Kaylynn’s Friends 5K to support Kaylynn Wawczak.

Wawczak is the 6-year-old granddaughter of an Autobahn Motorcar Group employee and was recently diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia.

“Autobahn Motorcar Group runs like a family, and family members are there for each other through the highs and lows,” said Larry Barker, community service director for Autobahn Motorcar Group, in a news release. “We hope to see lots of Fort Worth faces come out to show support for Kaylynn.”

The event will feature a 1-Mile Fun Run that will begin at 8 a.m., and a 5K Run that will start at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 19, at Trinity Park Pavilion #1.
