Just in time for Veterans Day, Wallet Hub has made another list. That’s not news, but it is when it is about veterans and puts Fort Worth near the top.

According to the Veterans Association, there are over 19.6 million veterans currently living in the U.S.

To help military veterans find the best places in which to settle down roots based on their status, WalletHub compared the 100 largest U.S. cities across 18 key indicators of livability, affordability and veteran-friendliness. They range from share of military skill-related jobs to veteran income growth to availability of VA health facilities.

Fort Worth was No. 12 on the list, while Plano was listed as No. 6. Arlington was No. 31, while Dallas was No. 33. Irving was No. 31.

In an earlier list, WalletHub ranked Texas as the No. 10 best state for military retirees.
