Potbelly Sandwich Shop will be opening a new location on April 3 in the Fort Worth Medical District and will be hosting a pre-opening Oven-Warming event on Monday, April 2. For a $5 cash donation, customers can enjoy a toasty warm sandwich, chips and a fountain beverage. 100 percent of proceeds will benefit Cook Children’s, a not-for-profit pediatric health care organization celebrating its 100th year.
The Oven-Warming will take place between 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The Medical District shop will feature regular Potbelly menu items, including the new Gyro Flats, made with authentic flavor and prepared with Kronos gyro meat topped with feta cheese, tzatziki sauce, onion and tomato on a warm, toasted Flats.
The Medical District shop will be run by General Manager Charles Terry, who is bringing over 20 years of restaurant experience to the local Potbelly Sandwich Shop.
“My team and I are excited to be bringing smiles to the community of Fort Worth Medical District,” Terry says. “We can’t wait to share our toasty warm sandwiches and welcoming atmosphere with the people of Fort Worth.”
Terry is looking to expand his team as the shop opens. Apply here.
The shop is located at 1217 8th Ave., Suite 101, Fort Worth, TX 76104.
