Christian Care Centers of Mesquite has chosen Adolfson & Peterson Construction to build a new senior living facility in the Collin County town of Allen.
Designed by REES Architects, the 72,000 square-foot, two-story senior center will offer 32 assisted living units and 36 memory care units. Also planned are 22 independent living cottages, to be completed under separate contract, according to a news release.
Groundbreaking is set for late September 2014, with completion scheduled for August 2015.
“We are delighted to partner with Christian Care Centers on this important project” said Corbett Nichter, senior vice president with Adolfson & Peterson Construction, commenting in a news release.
The center will occupy property adjoining Greenville Oaks Church of Christ, near State Highway 5 and Bethany Drive.
