Located on the hospital’s campus at 1650 W. Rosedale St., the clinic accepts most insurance and Medicare. Additional physician support will be provided by internal medicine physicians who are completing their medical residencies through Plaza Medical Center’s physician residency program.

“We hope to help our Fort Worth neighbors take better care of their health by making it easier to find a quality primary health care home,” Plaza Medical Center CEO Clay Franklin said. “And, what better place than right here on the Plaza campus, backed by our excellent health care resources?”

Plaza Medical Center is a 320-bed facility offering comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services in a range of specialties and subspecialties, including cardiac care, neurosciences, oncology, orthopedics and kidney transplant surgery. Plaza is part of HCA North Texas.
