Fort Worth-based Radiology Associates of North Texas, P.A., the largest private radiology practice in the United States, continues to grow with the addition of Texas Neuroradiology, P.A. and Radiological Consultants Association, P.A., effective March 31.
These are the fourth and fifth radiology practices to join Radiology Associates within the last six years.
With the addition of five physicians from TNR and 28 from RCA, the expanded group will employ a total of 164 board certified radiologists and 67 medical and administration staff. Radiology Associates will now provide professional radiology services to 31 Dallas-Fort Worth hospitals, 26 D-FW imaging centers and more than 80 other imaging locations throughout Texas. In all, the combined group will read more than 2.5 million exams each year.
