The hospital said a few examples of how Texas Health demonstrates its caring nature are through multiple veterans’ programs, the Nursing Career Advancement Program (NCAP), and the annual Community Responsibility and Sustainability Report.

“Investing in our workforce and our community outreach are some of our greatest strengths,” said Barclay Berdan, FACHE, chief executive officer of Texas Health.

The rankings for the Companies that Care list are based on feedback from employee surveys. Participants answered questions about a variety of topics, including being treated with respect, opportunities for professional development and team work.
