Flueckiger earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law, where he studied under Professor Ernest E. Smith III, a renowned authority on Texas oil & gas law. Flueckiger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and its Oil & Gas, Estate & Trust, and Environmental & Natural Resources Law sections. Prior to joining Decker Jones, Flueckiger built a private law practice delivering exceptional results for clients in a variety of oil & gas related matters.
