CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company has named Brad Horak as regional sales manager of the North Fort Worth/Alliance Regional Office. He previously was assistant regional sales manager for the Southlake/Colleyville office under Tim Gauntt, North district sales manager.
Horak has been with the CENTURY 21 System for more than 13 years.
“Brad is dedicated to his job, agents, industry, and most of all, his family,” Gauntt said. “I have never met a man with more integrity. His thoroughness in reviewing contracts quickly and correctly has earned him enormous respect from our people and created better outcomes for our clients.”
Horak is known for his eye for detail and vast understanding of real estate’s contractual side, helping agents and clients benefit during the negotiation process, a news release said.
“I want to be a resource to the agents to help them grow professionally, develop skills necessary to succeed in the ever-changing world of real estate and take their businesses to the next level,” Horak said. “I will bring relevant training topics and collaboration to help agents identify areas in their business to focus on and grow.”
The North Fort Worth/Alliance Regional Office opened in April of 2020 and has grown significantly in less than a year, the company said.
“Brad knows the law and has become a go-to teacher on all things real estate.” Gauntt said. “He has an infectious laugh that can be heard throughout the building and the love and adoration of the agents he serves. He has already proved to be the right man for the job.”
