Fort Worth development leader dies

 

James Toal, a planning and economic development professional who helped plan downtown Fort Worth’s redevelopment and the Trinity River Vision project, died Dec. 22.

Toal, 66, was a principal at Gideon Toal from 1993 to 2010, when he established James Toal Inc.
