Robert Francis
Robert is a Fort Worth native and longtime editor of the Fort Worth Business Press. He is a former president of the local Society of Professional Journalists and was a freelancer for a variety of newspapers, weeklies and magazines, including American Way, BrandWeek and InformatonWeek. A graduate of TCU, Robert has held a variety of writing and editing positions at publications such as the Grand Prairie Daily News and InfoWorld. He is also a musician and playwright.

Gutt, a native of San Antonio, now serves as the corporate communications and marketing specialist for the Charlotte, N.C., where she is charged with strategic communications, marketing and public relations for several city departments, including the city manager.  She directs outreach and communications to light rail, streetcar, the NASCARE hall of Fame, the city’s bond and other programs. Gutt began her career as a public affairs officer in the U.S. Air Force and later worked for Dayton, Ohio Power and Light and various arts and other non-profit groups.   She and her husband Ron have three children. She starts in the Fort Worth post April 29.
