Global sports entertainment leader Topgolf announced that about 500 jobs have been posted for its Fort Worth location, the 32nd nationally for the company. The facility is expected to open in early May.
The jobs are posted at topgolf.com/careers.
Available positions include: servers, bartenders, kitchen, maintenance, guest services staff and many more. Interested applicants should register to audition at an upcoming recruitment event. Auditions begin in two weeks.
The company says recruitment events are unlike any typical job interview. They are interactive, high-energy and fun, with activities such as: Team-building challenges; Idea Factory, where applicants get creative to plan a special event for Topgolf; X-Factor-style panel interviews, where applicants speak or perform for 90 seconds about a topic of their choice; and one-on-one interviews “Topgolf has been recognized as a top 100 workplace in the Metroplex for the past two years, and we’re excited to show our Fort Worth job candidates why a Topgolf career is so fun and exciting,” Topgolf Fort Worth Director of Operations Jeff Sugden said in a news release.
Topgolf games can be enjoyed by all ages and skill levels, and the microchipped golf balls score themselves, providing players with instant feedback on each shot’s accuracy and distance. Each venue features climate-controlled hitting bays for year-round play, a chef-driven food and beverage menu, music and hundreds of HDTVs.
Topgolf Fort Worth is located 2201 E. 4th St. Recruitment events will take place off-site, and the location will be listed online upon applying. Hired associates for the new 65,000-square-foot venue will receive free Topgolf game play, food and beverage discounts, plus the opportunity to obtain medical, vision and dental insurance and participate in a 401(k) retirement savings program.
