Perry’s Steakhouse plans Grapevine location

Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille will open a 10,000-square-foot restaurant in Grapevine next year, city officials announced Monday.

With the completion of zoning approval, the city has cleared the way for the restaurant to open once completed in 2017, at 2400 West State Highway 114.

It will be the first Perry’s Steakhouse in Tarrant County.

“Our citizens have always embraced fine dining, and we are so pleased to welcome Perry’s to Grapevine. This location represents another major Grapevine addition and compliments recent corporate announcements from Kubota and Mercedes Benz,” said Grapevine Mayor William D. Tate.

Perry’s owns and operates two other steakhouses in the Dallas area – in Uptown and Frisco.

“Beginning as a small butcher shop, we continue to focus on serving great food with quality meat, but also on the experience of our guests,” said Chris Perry, founder and owner of Perry’s Restaurants. “Thanks to the support of our Uptown and Frisco patrons, we are proud to bring the Perry’s experience to Grapevine and the surrounding communities.”
