Access acquires Fort Worth’s Tindall Record Storage

Access, a Livermore, California records and information management provider, has acquired Tindall Record Storage of Fort Worth, making its entry into the Dallas-Fort Worth market, announcing the acquisition in a new release today. .

Tindall Record Storage Ltd. was established in 1981 in Fort Worth.

Rob Alston, CEO of Access, announced the company’s recent entrance into the Dallas and Fort Worth markets with the acquisition of Tindall Record Storage and into the Minneapolis market with the acquisition of Archives Corporation in Minneapolis. The company has also expanded in Hawaii with the acquisition of the records management inventory of All-American Moving Inc., located in Kapolei. These three transactions bring the total number of acquisitions made by Access, since its founding in 2004, to 94.

No purchase price was announced for any of the transactions.

Access President John Chendo said the former owners of both Tindall Record Storage and Archives Corporation recognized the value of partnering with a larger, international firm like Access.

That, he said, would “provide future opportunities for their team members and broadened service capabilities with a nationwide footprint to their clients.”
