Hillwood Properties, developer of the 18,000-acre AllianceTexas, is moving its corporate headquarters to Hillwood Commons I at Alliance Town Center.
Hillwood will occupy a 31,525-square-foot space in the Class A building, which is located within the Alliance Town Center development. Approximately 80 associates will make the move.

The entire team is excited about the move.”
Hillwood Commons I established an entirely new office market in one of the North Texas region’s fastest-growing corridors when it opened. The 154,000-square-foot, Class A office complex is located in close proximity to several retail, restaurants and residential options at Alliance Town Center, as well as the recently opened Courtyard Fort Worth at Alliance Town Center. The building offers unobstructed views of downtown Fort Worth and other scenic parts of the Metroplex. Additionally, the development’s direct access to Bluestem Park, a 14-acre natural retreat in the heart of Alliance Town Center, provides employees with an opportunity to enjoy the park’s hiking biking and walking trails.

Hillwood Properties will be moving into the new space, located at 9800 Hillwood Parkway in Fort Worth, throughout the month of November.
