Arlington neighborhood center sold

Southwest Plaza

Pierson Retail Advisors (PRA) announces the sale of Southwest Plaza, a 104,766-square-foot neighborhood center located in Arlington. PRA represented the seller, Bo Avery, SWP Enterprises LLC. Manuel Ramon of Green Earth Realty, who will also lease and manager the center, represented a local buyer Ravi Randal Investment Group LLC, who purchased the asset for an undisclosed price.

“The seller of Southwest Plaza is one of the most hands-on landlords I have ever seen. He knew every tenant personally and all of them had his cell number,” said Jennifer Pierson of PRA. “That kind of attention to detail has paid off for him, as during his ownership he renewed 17 out of 17 tenants.”

This asset is shadow-anchored by Albertsons with a strong mix of national, regional and local tenants. The topography is such that it sits up high on a hill and is visible from Interstate 20. Southwest Plaza is currently 97.97 percent occupied by tenants such as Office Depot, Sears Outlet, Ace Hardware, H&R Block, Cato Fashions and CiCi’s Pizza to name a few.

The entire team at Pierson Retail Advisors in Dallas handled the sale.
