University Park Village said it signed another three retailers – Athleta, Michael Kors, and Sephora – to leases in the South University Drive shopping center in Fort Worth..
They join Kendra Scott, which the shopping center confirmed earlier this Spring it signed to a lease.
Athleta is a retailer of women’s fitness wear, with more than 75 locations, owned by Gap. Michael Kors is a retailer of luxury accesssories and ready-to-wear apparel. Sephora is a retailer of makeup and accessories.
The four retailers fill out the former Barnes & Noble bookstore space.
Susan Holland, the property manager, said Kendra Scott is scheduled to open July 28. The other three retailers are expected to open early in the fourth quarter, she said,
