Transwestern’s Fort Worth office has signed a relocation and extension deal at 777 Main, with the Brookdale Group for 11,210 square feet. The real estate company moves from the 11th to the 15th floor. Transwestern’s Whit Kelly and Dallas Margeson represented the Brookdale Group. Leland Prowse represented Transwestern.
