Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) has sold Dolce Living Burleson, a 240-unit luxury multifamily community in Burleson.

No price for the transaction was released. Neither was the name of the buyer.

“The property’s healthy current and historical occupancy, and its location within one of the Metroplex’s strongest submarkets place it in position to provide new ownership with excellent future rent growth potential, long-term stability and value appreciation,” said Will Balthrope, executive director.

Balthrope, Drew Kile, senior director, and Joey Tumminello, associate, represented the seller, and procured the buyer.

“Dolce Living is a top-of-the-market asset with all of the amenities of a luxury resort,” comments Kile.

Built in 2013 on 6.5 acres, the community is located five miles west of Interstate 35W in Burleson, which is 15 minutes south of Fort Worth.

Apartments at Dolce Living Burleson average just under 1,000 square feet and feature open kitchens and built-in home office workstations.
