Cambria Hotel & Suites Southlake DFW North is 80 percent complete and is expected to open in November, officials announced late Wednesday afternoon.
The 175-room property is located along Texas 114 minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Exterior bricking will be finished this month on the four-story facility, with interior work underway, including painting, floor tile and installation of kitchen equipment.
The property will mark Southlake’s second hotel. It will feature an on-site restaurant and lounge, fitness center, outdoor pool, and 5,000 square feet of event space. It anchors Kimball Park, a mixed-use development under construction at the northwest corner of Texas 114 and Kimball Avenue in Southlake.
Cambria Hotel & Suites is owned by Choice Hotels International Inc. and marks the second Cambria property to open in Texas.
