Chaparral Apartments in Fort Worth has been sold, with a limited liability company snapping up the 134-unit property at 6520 Red Sierra Drive.
John Barker, Alexander Skotarek, Daniel Burton and Trey McGhin of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services’ Fort Worth office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, EB Real Estate Group LLC. The buyer also was represented by Mr. Barker.
Marketing the property generated multiple offers, with the transaction closing above 95 percent of the initial asking price. The purchaser assumed a non-recourse Fannie Mae loan.
