Colliers acquires CASE Commercial

Colliers International

A North Texas commercial real estate firm has been acquired by Seattle-based Colliers International.

Colliers purchased Dallas-based CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners LLC, a boutique brokerage firm with a large Fort Worth presence. CASE will be rebranded as Colliers International immediately.

With the acquisition of CASE, which currently has about 50 professionals in North Texas, the Colliers business in North Texas expands to 182 professionals, 79 of which are advisors, according to the firm. The addition of CASE will expand Colliers commercial real estate services into medical office, corporate solutions, retail, self-storage, and investment sales.

John Conger, principal of CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners said “Over the years, we have been approached by most of the national/global brokerage firms in the U.S., but it wasn’t until learning of Colliers International’s unique culture and commitment to being the best real estate company, coupled with this exciting inflection point in time of Colliers dynamic growth, did the fit seem right.”
