SALES

CCG Valwood LP has purchased a 22,506-square foot industrial building on one acre at 1208 Tappan Circle, Carrollton, from Caddo Valwood LP. Richmond Collinsworth, first vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the buyer. Scott Gregory of Caddo Holdings represented the seller.

CIP II Renner LLC sold a 122,300-square-foot, two-story office building at 1410 E. Renner Road in Richardson to B.H. Management, Inc.  Stream’s Investment Sales team of Jamie Jennings, James Mantzuranis and Andrew Rabinovich as well as Tim Terrell with Stream represented the seller, an entity affiliated with Champion Partners in Dallas.

LEASES

Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth has completed a new lease transaction for a 7,140 square foot industrial space located at 1545 Capital Dr., Suite 105, Carrollton.

Adam Graham and Corbin Blount of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth represented the landlord and the tenant, Dotson IT, was represented by Keenan Cook of Mercer Company.

Halff Associates Inc. renewed its 5,875-square-foot lease at Parkwood Office Center, 3803 Parkwood Blvd., Suite 800 in Frisco. Chase Lopez and Ryan Evanich with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, SDI-Parkwood LLC. 

Sunburst Coverings Texas LLC renewed its 18,480-square foot lease at 10990 Petal Street in Garland. Josh Barnes and Ben Wallace of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Rialto Capital.

Arch Metals LLC renewed a 13,440 square foot lease at 10990 Petal Street in Garland. Josh Barnes and Ben Wallace of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Rialto Capital.

Fas Holdings Group LLC renewed its 20,258 square foot lease at 10460-10490 Markison Road in Dallas. Josh Barnes and Ben Wallace of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, Taurus Investment Holdings LLC.

Raynor Marketing renewed a 58,880 square foot lease at 1215 Crowley Drive in Carrollton. Andrew Gilbert of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord, TA Realty.
