What’s coming to The Shops at Clearfork you ask?
Simon, in partnership with Cassco Development Co., says there are a slew of new offerings comings.
New concepts debuting in the coming months include Bachendorf’s, Ylang 23, milk + honey, Boardroom Salon for Men, Doc B’s Fresh Kitchen, UNTUCKit, Kate Weiser Chocolates and Kalos Medical Spa.
“The Shops at Clearfork has introduced so many first-to-market offerings to Fort Worth and we are thrilled to continue the momentum as we near our one-year anniversary,” said Suzanne Paul, general manager. “We value our role in the community and are continually looking to not only enhance our visitor’s experience but also offer a wide variety of options.”
Here’s a list of what’s coming soon:
Bachendorf’s. Since opening their first retail store in Dallas in 1977, the Bachendorf’s family has provided the area with unique custom jewelry and designer treasures. Opening fall 2018, Bachendorf’s at The Shops at Clearfork will be an authorized dealer of Rolex timepieces and will offer a comprehensive collection including Penny Preville, Phillips House, Lisa Nik, Mikimoto, Forevermark, Breitling, Omega and Tag Heuer to name a few. The 2,300 square-foot store is located on Monahans Avenue next to Burberry.
Ylang 23 offers original jewelry designers whose passion and creativity shape worldwide trends. Central to the company’s vision is the mix of collections it features, including lead designers Jennifer Meyer, Cathy Waterman, Irene Neuwirth, and newer, up and coming designers including Raphaele Canot, Yannis Sergakis, Selim Mouzannar, Jade Trau, RedLine, and Retrouvai. Slated to open in September, the 2,200 square-foot is located between Louis Vuitton and Tory Burch.
Founded in 2006 by Alissa Bayer in Austin’s 2nd Street District, milk + honey has grown to include a collection of day spas throughout Texas and a nationally-available line of luxurious, hyperclean bath, body, and skincare. With the ultimate mission of helping people feel healthy, happy, and beautiful, milk + honey provides therapeutic and accessible respites and effective skincare products designed to relax, unwind, and cleanse the body and mind. Services include massage, facials, body treatments, peels, waxing, natural nail therapy, and a full range of salon treatments. The 7,800 square foot spa and salon is slated to open early 2019.
Opening this fall, Boardroom Salon for Men combines the community and nostalgia of an old-time barbershop, outstanding client service and professionalism, and a 1920s country club environment to create a masculine environment where men can unwind and confidently enjoy the highest quality haircut, shave, or spa service in town. The 1,515 square-foot salon is located on Monahans Avenue between Malai Kitchen and Tommy Bahama.
Named after founder and President Craig Bernstein’s late father, “Doctor B,” Doc B’s is best known for its flavorful dishes and expansive menu that is all made from scratch daily. Dubbed a “no-veto-vote” menu, Doc B’s truly has something for everyone and every occasion. The menu includes dishes like seasonal entrées, salads, burgers and sandwiches that will leave diners craving more. Doc B’s also impresses with an extensive craft beer, wine and spirits selection, not to mention the specialty cocktails. Opening in August, Doc B’s is located on Marathon Avenue near Luna Grill.
One of the fastest-growing retail brands in the U.S., UNTUCKit is slated to open in August. The brand was created to solve the problem that millions of men struggle with every day by offering a unique style of shirts designed specifically to be worn untucked. Since launching in 2011, UNTUCKit has grown to 13 product categories. Ranging from T-shirts and polos to sports jackets and performance wear, the brand has introduced lines for women and children, offering perfectly contoured hemlines and more than 50 tailored fit options for the whole family. The brand is dedicated to creating an unmatched shopping experience, with more than 30 physical retail locations across the country and plans to open an additional 15 in 2018, including international expansion. The 1,838 square-foot space is located on Monahans Avenue between Neiman Marcus and City Works Eatery and Pour House.
The first Fort Worth outpost of Kate Weiser Chocolate opens on Marathon Avenue next to CRU Food & Wine Bar late summer. After stints at Nobu and Chocolate Secrets, Kate Weiser stepped out on her own to create chocolate that is almost too beautiful to eat. With flavors like grapefruit cashew, sweet potato, lavender apricot, and fresh mint leaf as options, guests are invited to build-a-box to their liking. The 536 square-foot shop also offers ice cream and coffee.
Opening late summer, Kalos Medical Spa offers advanced nonsurgical treatments that help patients look and feel their very best. Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Chief of Plastic Surgery at Harris Methodist Hospital, Dr. Emily Kirby brings safety, satisfaction, and natural results in a private setting to the Shops at Clearfork. Coolsculpting, BOTOX, fillers, laser treatments, medical grade skincare, specialty facials and more are performed by highly trained medical professionals alongside Kirby’s cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery practice. Named ‘Top 500’ by Allergan, a leading device and pharmaceutical company, Kirby and her team are one of only three plastic surgery practices with this distinction in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
Now open at Clearfork:
The Summit Cyrocare offers an endless list of services ranging from cryotherapy and leg compression to massage and age defying treatments. The business is now open on Marathon Avenue near Fixe Southern House.
