Giordano, Wegman, Walsh and Associates, exclusive Affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate in Fort Worth and Dallas, has named Concho Minick as CEO of its Dallas and Fort Worth brokerage. Minick will support all strategic initiatives and lead the continued expansion of the company in greater North Texas.

“We could not be more thrilled to have Concho leading our Dallas and Fort Worth brokerage with his bold, ethical and inspirational leadership style, which is perfectly suited to carry our firm forward,” said Rick Wegman, partner at Giordano, Wegman, Walsh and Associates. “His leadership combined with the Christie’s International Real Estate brand, the world’s leading luxury real estate network, positions our company to capture the luxury market across greater Dallas and Fort Worth.”

“The long-term residential real estate landscape in the Dallas and Fort Worth corridor is strong, creating growth opportunities, especially for luxury focused firms like Giordano, Wegman, Walsh and Associates,” said Rick Moeser, executive director of Christie’s International Real Estate.

Giordano, Wegman, Walsh and Associates was founded in 2017 and has been one the Dallas/Fort Worth area’s fastest growing brokerages in the luxury and commercial real estate landscape. Minick led Fort Worth’s Billy Bob’s Texas nightclub for many years before departing amid a legal dispute involving the club’s owners.

“I feel like we have stacked the deck,” said Minick. “We have a wonderful group of agents and support staff and the best partners one could imagine. Combined with the global exposure and marketing platform of Christie’s International Real Estate, we are perfectly positioned to take advantage of the exciting new opportunities in our area’s luxury markets. We can’t wait to serve this growing and discerning clientele.”
