Bright Realty Brings Coworking Space to The Realm at Castle Hills
The Offices at The Realm, a nine-story Class AA office building consisting of 235,000 square feet of office space and an additional 16,000 square feet of first-floor restaurant space, is bringing coworking space provider Venture X to the Castle Hills area in Lewisville. Bright Realty, the developer of The Realm project, said Venture X’s 30,000-square-foot site encompasses the entire third floor and will feature professional designed workspaces, amenities and a variety of work-style options including open community work areas, shared desks, private offices and conference room access. Offices at The Realm is located at State Highway 121/Sam Rayburn Tollway and Josey Lane in Lewisville.

Venture X is planning its grand opening event in early 2020. It offers members a café and lounge, event space, 24/7 access, a secure facility, networking events and unlimited, freshly brewed coffee.
Offices at The Realm was also recently Wired Certified, a WiredScore program that rates the digital infrastructure and connectivity of a commercial office building, ensuring that a building can support tenant connectivity needs, now and in the future, and reducing the risk of loss and interruption. It is one of the first buildings in DFW to receive this rating.
Developer Bright Realty is also relocating its headquarters to Offices at The Realm in October 2019. That relocation will include, in addition to Bright Realty, all of the Bright Industries companies including American Legend Homes, Belclaire Homes, Avanti Custom Homes, Bright Equities, golf operations for The Lakes at Castle Hills, corporate hospitality operations for Tres Mil Ranch, and Infinity Lawnscape.
Offices at The Realm is the first phase of The Realm at Castle Hills, a 324-acre, mixed-use lifestyle destination that includes office, dining, retail, entertainment and multi-family developments. It is located in the Upper Tollway submarket of Dallas just west of State Highway 121/Sam Rayburn Tollway and Josey Lane.
