CRU Group has opened a new Colleyville office as the Florida-based claims adjustment and management firm aims to better serve clients in Texas and the Southwest.
The office, at 1802 Industrial Blvd., is the company’s fourth location.
“The opening of this new office is an important step towards realizing our national expansion,” said Kyle Winston, president of CRU (Catastrophe Response Unit), in a news release.
Managing the office will be Paula Shields-Holladay, a former senior commercial claims adjuster with Gainsco in Fort Worth. In her latest role, Shields-Holladay will focus on growing CRU’s portfolio of regional and national accounts.
Shields-Holladay started her insurance career in 1973 with Allstate Insurance Co. and held several positions in that company and others before starting her own firm, Shields of Texas, in 2002.
She sold the company in 2012 and most recently served Great West insurance company.
“I am excited to start a new challenge within CRU and look forward to working with the team to further develop their presence in Texas,” Shields-Holladay said.
