Work to work with the Dallas Cowboys, but can’t quite meet the physical requirements?

No problem. The Dallas Cowboys announced today the organization’s latest business endeavor, Formation, a co-working space located at The Star in Frisco.

Set to open in early summer 2019, a limited number of memberships will be available to the public beginning March 6.

Formation was inspired by the Dallas Cowboys’ world headquarters, which opened in 2016 at The Star in Frisco. According to the news release: “The elevated aesthetic, work amenities, and accessibility to fitness, entertainment and distinctive business innovations led the Jones family to consider how other entrepreneurs and executives could also benefit from similar access and inspiration in their own business pursuits. The realization of that vision comes by way of Formation, where members can now Work The Cowboys Way and achieve championship level business success in their respective fields.”

Members will have access to a fully furnished and contemporary workspace, well-appointed business amenities, neighboring conveniences, and take inspiration from the world’s most valuable sports franchise through members-only events and content, exclusively created by Dallas Cowboys front office staff for Formation members.

“Formation is rooted in the winning spirit of the Dallas Cowboys and we believe business professionals can channel that same spirit and leverage it for their benefit” said Jerry Jones Jr., Dallas Cowboys Executive Vice President and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. “By combining the sophisticated aesthetic, influential network of our membership, and one-of-a-kind access to business expertise from the Cowboys front office, I believe we are creating an atmosphere that can allow entrepreneurs and executives to reach new heights within their business.”

Membership options:

Open Workspace – Field Formation

Access to an open and shared workspace in an elevated environment that maximizes collaboration and connectivity through consistent interactions with other members.

Dedicated Desks – Fixed Formation

A select number of dedicated desks allow members to enjoy the benefits of an open workspace and the consistency of a reserved location alongside ample amenities.

Private Offices – Full Formation

A limited selection of private offices accommodates groups of 1-5 people and is inclusive of our most robust amenity package, as well as The Star’s coveted mailing address and 24/7 access to Formation.
