David Walters joins CBRE’s Fort Worth office

Veteran commercial real estate professional David Walters has joined CBRE in Fort Worth as senior vice president and will lead the office occupier group.

Walters joins CBRE from JLL, where he spent more than 11 years. With a career spanning 23 years, Walters has specialized in all aspects of tenant representation including site selection, leasing and acquisitions. He has successfully provided real estate solutions for clients in more than 850 transactions totaling 10 million square feet of office and industrial properties as well as the sale/purchase of thousands of acres of land.

“David will be a game changer for us in Fort Worth,” said Blair Oden, managing director of occupier services for CBRE Dallas/Fort Worth. “We want to be the premiere service provider in Fort Worth. He’s a perfect fit for us culturally, and we’re going to build a strong team around him.”

Walters is a member of the Strategic Advisory Council for Texas Health Resources, President’s Leadership Council for Texas Health Resources Foundation and The University of Texas Longhorn Foundation.
