Dee Lincoln scraps plans for Museum Place steakhouse

At first, Dee Lincoln had planned to install another Dee Lincoln Steak & Burger Bar (like the successful prototype she opened in Plano) in the space she leased at 3280 West Seventh Street.

Then came word, last March, that she had changed course and intended to return to her fine dining roots with an upscale prime steakhouse instead. Museum District diners have been patiently waiting ever since. Now those plans have been shelved.

Rodger Chieffalo, of Chieffalo Realty, who is the exclusive leasing agent for Museum Place said a  new tenant will be announced in the next couple of weeks.

Another restaurant is also planned to anchor the east end of the building. Chieffalo Realty is moving quickly to finalize leasing agreements with other tenants. “I expect to have all of our retail space fully leased in the next 30-45 days,” he says. “Then we will begin on the next two phases of construction by May or June.”
