Dosch Marshall Real Estate Opens Central Texas Division

Dosch Marshall Real Estate announces the opening of its Central Texas Division with a new office location in Austin / San Antonio. This is Dosch Marshall’s third office location in Texas, the first of which is in The Galleria / Uptown Park in Houston, and the second of which opened earlier this year in Fort Worth.

Tripp Rich, Senior Vice President at Dosch Marshall Real Estate, is leading the growth and expansion of the Buyer Representative team for the Central Texas Division. Tripp is responsible for sourcing urban redevelopment and suburban land opportunities for developers across the state with a focus in Central Texas. He oversees all aspects of the transaction process from sourcing opportunities, offers, due diligence and negotiations of the purchase and sale agreement through deal funding.

Prior to joining DMRE, Tripp was an Investment Analyst at ARA Newmark Houston Land Division. Before his position at ARA Newmark, he focused on Apartment Investment Sales in the Houston area for Marcus & Millichap.

Tripp has been involved in several notable transactions including representing Hines in assembling four off-market tracts for a multi-family wrap development in the Garden Oaks area of Houston, Alliance Residential in assembling two off-market tracts for a multi-family mid-rise development in the Houston Heights area, Davis Development in the purchase of 13 acres in Katy for a multi-family development, and Hines in the purchase of three separate tracts of land in the Houston suburbs for multi-family development.

Tripp represented Trammel Crow Residential in the purchase of land on East Riverside in Austin for a two-phase mid-rise development. This land sold for the highest price on East Riverside at the time of contract.

Ryan Parker, Associate, is also leading this expansion into Central Texas. As a Central Texas native, he is responsible for sourcing new opportunities in this market, as well as transaction management.

“We are excited to be opening an office in Austin to cover the very active Central Texas region,” said Tom Dosch, Principal of Dosch Marshall Real Estate. “Our clients have been asking us for some time to extend our presence across the state and after opening a Dallas / Fort Worth office earlier in the year, this was the logical next step. It helps that we have been active in Central Texas on the buyer representation side for quite some time.”
