Eight new names announced for The Shops at Clearfork

Simon and Cassco Development Co. announced Monday, July 31, they will be adding eight new retailers to The Shops at Clearfork in Rye 51, Q Clothier, Double R, Tory Burch, Tommy Bahama, Elaine Turner, Everything But Water and francesca’s.

For six of these companies, the 500,000-square foot open-air shopping center will be their first Fort Worth location. First-to-Fort-Worthers include Rye 51, Q Clothier, Double R, Tory Burch, Tommy Bahama and Elaine Turner.

“We look forward to offering the Fort Worth community an unprecedented array of retailers and brands to amplify The Shops at Clearfork experience,” said Kathleen Shields, senior VP of development at Simon, in a news release. “The Shops at Clearfork will be a true lifestyle destination and we are proud to see these respected brands join our impressive lineup.”

Swimsuit, resort wear and accessories retailer Everything But Water and women’s clothing boutique francesca’s have other area locations but will be moving into the shopping center within the 270-acre mixed-use development.

The first big retailer to the shops was Neiman Marcus with its 90,000-square foot store that opened in February. According to the release, many luxury and specialty retailers, as well as new restaurants and entertainment options will be opening fall 2017 through 2018.

Rye 51

A seller of small batch men’s clothing and accessories. “Rye 51 is a purveyor of refined clothing, footwear, and accessories for the modern gentleman,” the website reads.

1,500 square feet of space on Monahans Avenue across from Tory Burch.

Q Clothier

Custom suits and dress shirt seller. “In our stores, you will find a whiskey bar, TV’s, timeless clothing and a great group of clothier to shoot the breeze with,” the website reads.

Double R

A seller of custom fitted shirts, blazers, shirt-dresses and cashmere for women. “For years, men have enjoyed the luxury of custom fitted shirts. It’s our mission to bring that benefit to women,” the website reads.

1,305 square feet of space on Marathon Avenue next to Burberry.

Tory Burch

A seller of women’s clothing, designer shoes and flats, handbags and accessories. “Launched in February 2004, the collection includes ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, accessories, watches, home and beauty.”

3,320 square feet of space on Monahans Avenue near Telsa.

Tommy Bahama

Indoor and outdoor furniture, home décor, women’s and men’s clothing seller. “Discover the world of Tommy Bahama — a place without deadlines or demands, where you can have the space to reconnect with simple pleasures,” the website reads.

2,900 square feet of space on Monahans Avenue near Malai Kitchen.

Elaine Turner

A seller of luxury clothing, footwear, accessories and jewelry for women. The company’s purpose is to “use fashion as a platform to empower women, change lives, and make a difference,” the website says.

1,275 square feet of space on Monahans Avenue near Neiman Marcus.
