The newly rebranded Bay Power Inc. has announced a corporate merger of its five companies – Bay Breakers, Circuit Breaker Service, Fort Worth-based Lonestar Breaker & Control and Breaker Connection under the new name.
Bay Power Inc. is a new, used and obsolete electrical solutions company with a 30 year history. The merger will allow the company to streamline its communication and services through one, global company.
Bay Power Inc. is a family-owned business that spans three generations and has served as an electrical distributor to Tesla Inc., Oracle, the Levi’s Stadium and more. In addition to the merger, the company has also rebranded and launched a new website.
Bay Power Inc. said in a news release that there will not be any changes to the company’s current operations as a result of the merger.
